Monkey Pancakes

Sometimes it's all about the presentation! This is such a fun way to start the day. You can substitute the coconut milk for cow's milk or soya milk.

200g flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cacao powder
1/2 banana mashed
1 egg 
300ml coconut milk

1. Mix together all the flour, baking powder, cacao powder and egg.

2. Slowly add the coconut milk until completely blended.

3. Make small individual pancakes. Fry in a pan.

4. Then add chopped bananas or other fruit to decorate.
