Scotch Pancakes

These freezable pancakes are great for breakfasts or as snacks. Simply add your favourite toppings! Great to allow children to personalise their meal which is perfect for a fussy eater. Here the image shows an Easter themed breakfast.

150g Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 egg

75ml Milk

75ml Water

2 tbsp Melted Butter

1. Place the milk, water, melted butter and egg into a bowl and mix together.

2. Gradually stir in the flour and baking powder to make a smooth batter.

3. Place dollops of the mix into a frying pan and cook on each side until browning.

4. Serve with toppings of your choice.
