Keema Curry

This is such a quick simple meal to make, and much healthier than a takeaway! Served in approximately 20mins.

1 pack extra lean steak mince
1 courgette, grated
1 onion, chopped
1 pepper, chopped
2 salad tomatoes, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp ginger puree
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp mild curry powder
1 tsp tomato paste
A little water

1. In a pan fry the onion, pepper, courgette until beginning to soften.
2. Add the mince, fry until beginning to brown.
3. Add all of the spices, garlic, ginger, tomato paste and around 4 tbsp water.
4. Stir and the simmer for 10mins with a lid on the pan.
5. Serve with rice.
