Tuna & Broccoli Croquettes

These are such a great BLW food as they are so easy to hold and consume. They freeze well and the recipe makes well over 20!

1 cup cooled mash potatoes

1 cup cooled broccoli, chopped tiny

1 tin of tuna in spring water, drained

1 egg

Handful of grated cheese

1 tsp smoked paprika

  1. Mix together the mash, broccoli, tuna, egg, cheese and paprika.

  2. Form a ball and cut into equal amounts.

  3. Shape each portion into a croquette shape.

  4. Dip each croquette into flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

  5. Place them onto an oiled baking tray.

  6. Spray them with a little oil. Bake for 25-30mins on 160
