
Banana Spiced Muffins
These are freezable, dairy-free, and sugar free. Who could ask for more in a snack that the whole family will love?!

1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Oats
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp All Ground Spice or Pumpkin Spice Mix
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
3 Ripe Bananas, Mashed
6 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
2 tbsp Water
1. Place the flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, ground spice & Nutmeg into a bowl..
2. In another bowl, mix together the mashed banana, olive oil, vanilla, egg & water.
3. Gradually stir the flour mix into the wet banana mix until you have a smooth cake batter.
4. Spoon the batter into a muffin tray. Sprinkle each muffin with a few oats. Then place the them into the oven on 180c for 20mins, until they're browning on top and a knife comes out the centre clean.
